Life has definitely been a journey of ups and downs.  Got married at age 21, had my first child just after I turned 23 and 10 weeks after that I became a widow.  Moved in with my mom and step-dad for a while than I moved to the desert where I got back into living and discovered me. 

Learned the hard way that one needs to take care of self if they are going to take care of others.  Dec. 17, 1998 I had a severe asthma attack and ended up in the hospital of life support.  I recovered with a new appreciation for life and not taking a single breathe of air for granted.

Three months later I lost my father.

In 2000, I met someone online through a classified ad and in 2003 we had a son together. 

I feel over the past few years I have lost who I am and am not happy.  So now I am on a journey to find balance and happiness in my life.
